Caramel 10 ml bottle IQOS in Australia: the best shortlist
Caramel in Australia: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
We run caramel the same way in Australia: same 10 ml bottle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a 10 ml bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, 10 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested caramel in a 10 ml bottle
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Australia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 10 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a 10 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Australia stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Australia survives.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Australia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 10 ml bottle.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within A$3.27 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
How long does caramel in a 10 ml bottle last?
In Australia we measured 4 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
