Caramel squonk mod IQOS in Australia: the wholesale shortlist
Caramel in Australia: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Ordering into Australia usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Most people searching IQOS in Australia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel squonk mod really costs in Australia
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Australia that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within A$2.59 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Australia.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised A$43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run A$2.59 per 10 ml.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Australia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels. Shipping of nicotine to Australia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Australia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
How long does caramel in a squonk mod last?
In Australia we measured 2 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Australia?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
