Cherry starter kit IQOS in Australia: the compare shortlist
Cherry in Australia: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cherry habit
A cherry starter kit from the compared options in Australia costs about A$2.23 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run cherry the same way in Australia: same starter kit, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cherry starter kit really costs in Australia
Most people searching IQOS in Australia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested cherry in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Australia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cherry tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cherry in Australia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Australia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cherry start at?
Start at whatever Australia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Australia: about A$2.23 per 10 ml liquid plus A$60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does cherry in a starter kit last?
In Australia we measured 5 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
