Cola squonk mod IQOS in Australia: the best shortlist
Cola in Australia: 9 units tested over 8 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
What the label on Cola is allowed to say
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Australia that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within A$3.08 per 10 ml.
We run cola the same way in Australia: same squonk mod, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: cola in Australia works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cola squonk mod really costs in Australia
Cola squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cola in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into Australia.
Where cola goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Australia stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Australia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels. Shipping of nicotine to Australia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Cola | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | squonk mod | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 9 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Australia |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Australia | 4–9 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | A$66 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | A$3.08 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cola start at?
Start at whatever Australia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
How long does cola in a squonk mod last?
In Australia we measured 8 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Australia?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
