Grapey mesh tank IQOS in Australia: the compare shortlist
Grapey in Australia: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
What the label on Grapey is allowed to say
Grapey sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at grapey in Australia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: grapey in Australia works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a grapey mesh tank really costs in Australia
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Australia that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within A$2.48 per 10 ml.
How we tested grapey in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Australia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised A$38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run A$2.48 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Australia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Australia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for grapey in Australia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
