Lime refill pack IQOS in Australia: the guide shortlist
Lime in Australia: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Choosing a refill pack for lime
Lime in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Australia the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A lime refill pack from the starter options in Australia costs about A$2.48 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: lime in Australia works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime refill pack really costs in Australia
We run lime the same way in Australia: same refill pack, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested lime in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Australia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where lime goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised A$53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run A$2.48 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels. Shipping of nicotine to Australia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does lime in a refill pack last?
In Australia we measured 3 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Australia: about A$2.48 per 10 ml liquid plus A$53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
