Pear mesh tank IQOS in Australia: the compare shortlist
Pear in Australia: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
How to tell a good mesh tank from a repack
Pear mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on pear: 20 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: pear in Australia works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear mesh tank really costs in Australia
The honest read on pear: 20 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested pear in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into Australia.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Australia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where pear goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Australia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long pear in Australia survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for pear in Australia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Australia?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On pear the budget price and the premium price can sit within A$2.23 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should pear start at?
Start at whatever Australia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
