Salted squonk mod IQOS in Australia: the wholesale shortlist
Salted in Australia: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
Salted squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Ordering into Australia usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted squonk mod really costs in Australia
Salted in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Australia the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested salted in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Australia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Australia accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised A$38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run A$1.69 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within A$1.69 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever Australia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
How long does salted in a squonk mod last?
In Australia we measured 6 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
