Sweet vape pen IQOS in Australia: the compare shortlist
Sweet in Australia: 24 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A sweet vape pen from the compared options in Australia costs about A$3.09 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Sweet vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: sweet in Australia works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet vape pen really costs in Australia
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Australia that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within A$3.09 per 10 ml.
How we tested sweet in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Australia.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Australia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised A$53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run A$3.09 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Australia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Australia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Australia caps nicotine at 20 mg/ml outside legal prescription channels.

Frequently asked questions
How long does sweet in a vape pen last?
In Australia we measured 5 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should sweet start at?
Start at whatever Australia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Can I order IQOS online in Australia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
