Tobacco mesh tank IQOS in Australia: the review shortlist
Tobacco in Australia: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Australia.
How to tell a good mesh tank from a repack
A tobacco mesh tank from the reviewed options in Australia costs about A$2.38 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Tobacco in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Australia the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco mesh tank really costs in Australia
If you are looking at tobacco in Australia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested tobacco in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Australia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Australia.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Australia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
